  We were very happy at the cabin. It was a beautiful place to stay. We saw many deer in the yard! The cabin was cozy and clean, and well supplied with sheets, towels and kitchen necessities.

  We had a great stay! The driveway made an awesome sledding hill. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the sulfur smelling water. Luckily I read the comments on this cabin before we went and I brought drinking water. It would have been nice for the property manager to tell me this when I made the reservation on the phone. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

  We really enjoyed the stay at Bear's Lair. Pros: Really liked the decor in kitch/dining/liv rm areas--perfect classy cabin motif. Roomy & liked the game area! Great to find a decent cabin that takes pets. Cons: Both toilets ran excessively at times, and it had quite a musty smell when we first checked in, but after lighting some candles & airing it out, it was fine. Wouldn't bring very small kids in the event someone left the door to the unfinished deck unlocked. Overall, we had a very nice stay in this cabin. The price was right, & we'd be back in a heartbeat if it had a hot tub & still took pets.

  A perfect get away for Winter Fun! The driveway makes a nice sledding hill for the kids.

  Cabin was very nice. The yard was dissappointing as there was no room for outside activities. There were also several neighbors close by. We would prefer a spot where we would be more secluded

  We loved the cabin, the sulfa water was bad, but we read the comments and brought
  our own drinking water. The cabin was clean and fun. We would stay again.

  Nice, large vacation home. Would suggest providing an iron and ironing board. Water is terrible. Needs water system. Appears home is still under some construction (not quite finished). Had a good time. Would definitely use Cabin Keepers in the future.

  We had a great stay and were very comfortable. The property is well maintained and quietly situated in the woods. A spacious deck was enjoyable for BBQing, morning coffee and reading a book. The only thing to adjust to is the water. It has a sulfery quality. It is fine for bathing and washing clothes but you want to bring in water for drinking and cooking. Overall it was a pleasurable stay.

  Would recommend it and would stay again. Only problem is the water. We were not prepared for sulfer water. If you stay at this unit, you need to bring drinking water.
